1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and/or accessing the EgyptRO server, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. EgyptRO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties. EgyptRO is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Each person may hold multiple accounts, subject to the dual-box/multiclient restrictions established in the server rules.

3. User Conduct

Users must respect the server rules at all times. The use of third-party software that alters gameplay (bots, hacks, macros), Real Money Trading (RMT), bug exploitation, and any action that impairs the experience of other players is strictly prohibited.

4. Virtual Property

All in-game items, characters, zeny, and other virtual assets are the property of EgyptRO. Users are granted a limited-use license that may be revoked in the event of a violation of these terms. Virtual items have no real monetary value.

5. Penalties

The administration team may apply penalties including, but not limited to: mute, jail, temporary ban, or permanent ban. Penalties are enforced at the staff's discretion and their decisions are final. Appeals must be submitted through the ticket system or Discord.

6. Service Availability

EgyptRO is a free private server provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from technical issues.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They are used toward server maintenance and infrastructure costs. Donation rewards are cosmetic only and do not provide a competitive advantage (No Pay-to-Win).

8. Privacy

We collect the minimum information required for the service to function (email, connection IP). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Server logs are used solely for moderation and technical support purposes.
